Moving in 引越し

We moved into our new apartment, me and my friend Ulrika. Slowly we are settling down and today we are putting up lamps in the ceiling. The apartment has many good advantages but one of the best is the big kitchen. It’s really fun to cook here! The other day I made pasta sauce and ate with regular penne pasta. The next day I had left over sauce, but I didn’t feel like eating the same thing. So, to get a little twist I instead made a gratin, using exactly the same ingredients! It’s tasty, easy and you don’t have to eat the same thing two days in a row!
Put your dry pasta in an ovenproof  baking dish or frying pan (I used a cast iron fry pan).
Cover it in your left over pasta sauce.

DSC_2022 Bake in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius (when the pasta is soft your gratin is done!)

    1. I agree! Moving is such a bother, but once youve settled down its really nice to know it will be a year or so until you move the next time😉
