Okay, I’ll give you the proper recipe. I have kind of semi borrowed semi invented this recipe. I found different thai red curry noodle soups on the web, and made my own version. It’s extremely tasty and soothing, and I think quite healthy and nice if you have a cold or so.

Saraboy’s red curry noodle soup, for two people (preferably yourself and a cousin)サラボイのレッドカレー・ヌードルスープ、二人分(あなたと従姉妹のためだったりいい)
– 2 garlic cloves, minced ニンニク二片のみじん切り
– 1 cm of ginger chunk, minced 一センチ生姜のみじん切り
– 1 stalk of lemon grass, minced レモングラスを一本のみじん切り
– 1 finely chopped onion 玉ねぎを一個のみじん切り
– olive oil for frying フライするためオリーブオイル
– 1/2 lime, the juice 1/2のライムからのジュース
1 table spoon of red curry paste レッドカレーペーストの大さじを一つ
– 1/2 table spoon of sriracha スリラチャ(タイのチリソース)の大さじを 1/2
– 50 ml of white wine ホワイトワインを50ミリ
– 3 dl of vegetable stock 野菜コンソメスープを300ミリ
– 1 teaspoon honey 蜂蜜の茶さじを一つ
– 1 table spoon thai soy sauce タイ醤油の大さじを一つ
– 1 jar of coco nut milk (400 ml) ココナッツミルクを400ミリ
– 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced 甘唐辛子の1/2を薄く切った
– 3 mini bok choy チンゲン菜を三束
-4 mushrooms, thinly sliced マッシュルームを三個、薄く切った
– Rice or glass noodles for 2 people 米麺の二人分
Prepare the noodles and put in two bowls. Add pink ingredients in a pot and fry for a minute or two. Add green ingredients and fry a couple of more minutes. Add lavender ingredients and let boil on low medium heat for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and let boil for a minute or two. Add veggies and let boil for another 5 minutes. Add the soup to the prepared noodles, sprinkle with raw peanuts and spring onion for decoration and your dinner is ready!
