2 kinds of fudge ファッジの二種類

Spring is around the corner and the days are getting lighter. It’s really magic to the mood. I went home yesterday and spent some hours at my parents’ place making fudge. I don’t know why, but I got this fudge making urge. I made rum raisin fudge and chocolate whiskey nut fudge. They turned out really really well. The key to making fudge is cooking it to the right temperature and whisking it properly until it gets cool. I really like to have fudge with alcohol taste, next time I might go for cointreau.
As usual when I’m at my parents’ place we eat loads of different unhealthy things. Like these raspberry cream and oat thingies, that were really nice aswell.
